Who should be killed in the Begins sequels, and who should do the killings?

This is a "who should kill who" thread. In the Batman Begins sequels, who do you think will die, and who should kill them, or how should they die?
These are my ideas:

Rachel Dawes- The Joker

Larry Flass- The Joker

Commissioner Loeb- The Joker

Jim Gordan's wife- The Joker

Carmine Falcone- Two Face

Salvatore Maroni- Two Face

All of the Joker's victims should be killed in a theatrical way, while Two Face's victims should be killed execution style.

What do you guys think?

it was Two-Face who killed Falcone. Why Joker would kill Falcone? unless if Joker was a like gangester or hitman. I'm looking fora reason.

I think you made a mistake dude. I had Two-Face killing Falcone, not the Joker. You'll see if you look at my first post. Probably just a misunderstanding. :)
