Well, why should I be hyped for it?
It's the spiritual successor to Shenmue...aside from that, plenty of things. The game's release in Japan was met with a lot of praise for both the quality of it's story and for it's authenticity to the Japanese criminal underground. It was also praised for looking good, being incredibly fun to play, and generally having every aspect of it being awesome.

Rosenbaum is one of the only 3 good things in Smallville.

The other being Kristin Kreuk, cause she's part Asian and super hot, and John Schneider, cause he's John f***ing Schneider.

Everything else sucks more than anything on the Universe, short of Earth being engulfed by a black hole and entering a dimension with horny 12 feet tall demons with spiky 3 feet penises on fire.

I mean, seriously Clark....how dumb are you? It's taken you like what, 28 seasons to discover your powers?

If they made a Young Bruce Wayne series, it'd last 2 episodes, because by then he'd know everything there is to know already.

I recommend the short film. But it beware, there is some graphic stuff in the begining. There isn't too much in the first part, but there should be a second part to it coming out soon.

No its pretty deep. It starts off way too basic though. Once you aquire some new moves it becomes more complex.

That's what it's looked like in every preview so far.

The ONLY saving grace this has is Eliza Dushku.

I'd take CJ or The Carleones over Yakuza any day.

It sucks at the start but after a few hours the systems develops more and its gets really good.

I would agree with that, except for the sucking part, the game is greatr then the sum of its parts, not that much greater, but it is. I've been having a lot of fun with it so far (actually I think I'm almost at the end). It might be a 7/10 but it's a non BS inflated score 7/10, a GOOD-YOU-WILL-HAVE-REAL-FUN 7/10, and I'm already looking forward to playing the sequel.

Is there a good story?

The story is about the calibur of a Van Dam movie, but it's done well enough for a video game with a good enough world to play in that it ends up being more entertaining then a Van Dam movie.

A complaint I do have, without having finished it, is every single character feels under-used.
