Nintendo has a number of consoles that can easily bring alot of memories for the people who have played them.So its a choice, which Nintendo system is your favorite. You can pick, and say why.

Note, since Nintendo has many versions of its hand held products. The Gameboy has different versons, like the Gameboy COLOR,etc.

I have to say the GCN has the most memories for me. I'm too young to say the NES or SNES, and have had some great times with the N64, but the GCN was the first Nintendo console I truly appreciated. It took the phrase "Quality over Quantity" to a whole new level, because the games it will be remembered for (Pikmin, WW, SSBM) weren't released in a close window, but were perfect in their own ways.

Oh man oh man definitely SNES for me. Wasn't really that long ago for me. It's probably my favorite system after N64 and 360. I can't wait for Wii to come out so I can play so many classics that are sadly not working on my SNES anymore :(

I had a SNES, but I was more into Genesis at that point and didn't really appreciate it until later. I probably had the most fun with my 64.

I think I had the most fun with my Gamecube. Playing Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, the Wind Waker, the Twin Snakes, Resident Evil 4, etc. Hell, it's my favorite console.

After owning a Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Gamecube and getting a Wii, I kinda regret not getting a Nintendo 64 :(

the 64 was good times the snes came out in the year i was born and by the time i was old enough to play games the 64 came out. the 64 really changed gaming forever the 3d enviroments was something that had not been done before and when you saw it, it was amazing. the game that stole the show was super mario 64 that game was so awesome, no longer did you have to get to the other side to defeat boswer now you had to pick him up and throw him into a bomb which was no easy task. then there was smash bros that game was so cool it had characters from nintendo's distance past fight the characters we knew today. the mario tennis and golf games were amazing as well. but the game that rocked my socks was 007 that game was pure heaven i could remeber all of my friend trying to rush to get to the golden gun (one shot you're dead) and would blast anone in their way or people would team up and kill the person who had the best gun only to turn on each other. man those were good times. i mean nintendo was trying to kick the crap out of sega and sonic (which i love too<3) and i think they suceeded big time look at the sega saturn(uggh bad times bad bad bad times) but the ps just capitalized on the whole mature thing but for one shining moment nintendo was king again :)

People who voted Wii as their "favorite" before having owned it, or even playing it, are failures :down

The N64 is my favorite. I used to beg my parents to take me to Toys R' Us just so that I could play that StarFox64 demo station for an hour and piss off all the kids in line behind me. I actually missed out on most of the consoles top games in hindsight, but still, it was easily my favorite.

You're a failure. Have you forgotten that the Wii will have almost all of their past games from previous Nintendo systems on the Virtual Console? People who voted for the Wii are quite intelligent and savvy.

N64 is my favorite Nintendo system and my favorite system. Too bad it is underrated due to not as many games as PS1. I always said (that generation anyway) it was quantity vs. quality.

You got:

-Super Mario 64
-The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
-The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
-Goldeneye
-Perfect Dark
-Jet Force Gemeni
-Star Fox 64
-Diddy Kong Racing
-Super Mario Kart 64
-Super Smash Bros.
-Banjo Kazooi
-Konker's Bad Fur Day
-1080 Snowboarding
-Wave Race 64
-Mission: Impossible
-Shadows of the Empire
-Rogue Squadron
-Donkey Kong 64

And not to mention superior versions of The World is Not Enough, Resident Evil 2 and not to mention a just as good as version of Spider-Man of that generation.

And that is off the top of my head. It really was a masterful system that released the highest quality games for one system I've ever seen and that includes my favorite game of all time, OOT.

On PS1 I go back to play Metal Gear Solid: 1 (which a better version is out on Gamecube), Resident Evil 1 (like Gamecube again) and Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII. Making this list for N64, outside of Conker, Wave Race and Donkey Kong that entire list is instantly replayable for me.

I alos really liked SNES, but was a Sega Genesis "man" in that era and loved the NES as well (my sister and I's first console, for which we only had like 5 games but we played them infinetly). Gamecube was all right, but really disappointing (the games, not hte hardware or controller). Too early to say for Wii right now, but things are looking good.

Tie between N64, which really allowed me to appreciate games as works of art, and NES which brought me my love/obsession for gaming. So many sit down and play em all at once titles that were just plain fun. Anyway you slice it, games with such staying power that people still search for them now. Like mario, punch out, mario 3. Classic.

N64. What other console has Goldeneye, Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask?

NES, the wii is the biggest rip off ever.

Actually the biggest rip off is Oxi Clean. That **** doesn't work at all.

I'll go with the NES since that's the only one I actually own. If it works is another thing.

But that's why I have Jnes, Zsnes, and Project 64 :woot:
