There will be a new MGS4 trailer at the Leipzeg Games Convention (and a new MGO trailer) last E3 Kojima tentaively planned to show off the MGS4 gameplay at this years TGS.

I thought the MGS3 rerelease thing was Metal Gear online?

It was 'the birth cry of MGO', sorry when I said MGO there I meant Portable Ops. MGS4 is said to have 'MGO' right out of the gate with the initial release and that MGS3 was sort of the public beta (Kojimas Words). RUMOR: MGO might end up being a totally seperate online persistent world game.

I always thought MGO was intended to work sort of like PSO, where three or four people play through a "Big Shell" type of structure.

You haven't played MGS3 online I take it. :o

I heard that DMC 4 will have Vergil in it too. Vergil kicks a**! I also heard that this game takes place in the winter, so thats cool.
I can't wait to see this game in action next month. DMC and Resident Evil are too of my favorite series, but nothing in my book beats the MGS series.

Didn't Dante kill Vergil in the first Devil May Cry? He was the knight in black armor from who you got the second half of the amulet and Sparda's sword from. I thought the only reason we saw him in Devil May Cry 3 was because it was a prequel.

It would probally be more like:
Capcom is rather disapointed in the "underperformance" (*hippie_hunter's note: Underperformance? Yeah right ) of Dead Rising. Capcom will now be releasing Dead Rising on the Playstation 3 with extra features which they "planned to do all along" (*hippie_hunters note: decided to do it five minutes ago)

If anything the success of Dead Rising on the 360 would mean 3 things:
1) Dead Rising 2
2) Dead Rising Port on PS3 (Or DR2 Multiplatform)
3) More Capcom games on 360
But I'm willing to bed serious money that DMC4 isn't heading to the 360.

It seems highly unlikely, since the whole fanbase is at playstation's side.

I don't think that was Vergil. Its confirmed that he'll be in DMC4. Plus, Vergil was trapped in hell at the end of DMC3.

I think Phaser is right. I re-played Devil May Cry sometime ago and right after you defeat the black-armored knight for the third time, there's a cutscene when Dante picks up the amulet and recalls voices of his brother and his mother or something like that, followed by Mundus talking to Trish when he says "Trish, Vergil has been defeated".
But Virgil rocks anyway (at least a lot more than Dante) so it's great to hear he'll be back in DMC4.

They are demons. Anything is possible. Some form of resurrection wouldn't be out of the question.

Yeah, true. I'd like to see Virgil back, he was awesome.
