LOTR: Battle for Middle-Earth 2

Now I am not a fan of anything lord of the rings at all, usually. But I got hooked on RTS games on Alien vs Predator Extinction, before moving onto titles like shattered union and field commander, so I picked this up.

People who say licensed games suck need to play this. It's pretty addictive and simple to learn, and although Im not a fan of the license, I really dug it, even if the final level of the evil campaign was a little hard because of the lil bastards refusing to stop spawning.

I got the PC version. Where you can use a mouse like Eru intended.

What's an Eru? Is that like Erudite?

Eru is the god of LOTR universe, who created everything via singing or writing music that his angels (like Gandalf, Sauron, Saruman, Melkor/Morgoth) sang. Also called Ullvatar. There's an entire mythology behind LOTR. Most of it is in the Simarillion book.

This really should be in the multiplatfrom sections. Anyway this is a good standard RTS game.

What takes it above that is you can recruit, SAURON!!!! FTW.
