Actually, it's not Fable 2 at all. it just uses stuff from Fable 1 to show of a fighting system that really, won't even be in Fable 2.

Don't be a dick, it will be in the game, and Fable 2 will make it out before 2009, and it'll be great. Believe in Peter Molyneux, he's actually directing the project now instead of just producing it from another studio :o

Molyneux said it's just experimental technology they're working on at this point and that it probably won't be used in Fable 2. Unless they want to delay Fable 2 until this technology is in a usable form, they should just release it when the game as planned was done.

And I know Fable 2 is going to be much better, if not for Molyneux, for the increased capability of the 360.
