Team Ninja's virtual hotties are getting closer to the real thing with every update. While we already knew about the realistic clothing and bounce physics going into Dead or Alive Xtreme 2, the latest issue of Famitsu is home to a new revelation: tan lines.

DOAX2 will feature a new "Tan Line System," which gives Kasumi, Tina and the like realistic tan lines. The girls gradually get a tan as you work through your two week vacation on Zack Island. The tan is visible as tan lines when you change outfits. Multiple tan lines appear on top of one another, leaving a record of your suit choice.

Not into tan lines? Sadly, Famitsu doesn't say if the system can be turned off.

I predict this will be the next big thing in games... All games next year will be using TAN LINE TECHNOLOGY :up: :o

Why does this game take precedence over Ninja Gaiden 2, Code Cronus, and that other Team Ninja project that's name escapes me :(

I WAS GONNA POST THIS YESTERDAY, BUT I GOT TIRED OF WAITING FOR THE HYPE SERVERS TO WAKE THE F*** UP. :o


BUT, I WAS THINKING, THEY SHOULD DEFINITELY PROMOTE THE HELL OUT OF THIS AS ONE OF THOSE SONY-ESQUE "ONLY POSSIBLE WITH THE POWER OF 360"........BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THE TAN IS COMING FROM THE SUN-LEVEL TEMPERATURES THE '360' CRANKS OUT. :D

Well it's not a George Foreman grill like the PS3, but I guess it does get kind of hot. It's a lot of electricity. Kind of makes me fear for the PS4.
