Hey guys. I've been on a comic book hiatus for over a year now and I want to come back to Batman. But the thing is, I left just when the latest infinite crisis was starting, so I'm afraid I'm a little behind on my DC history as of late. I read in wikipedia that one new change in continuity is that the killer of Bruce Wayne's parents have been caught; is that true? I also read their about the whole resurrection explanation of Jason Todd, which I felt was a little anticlimactic, according to wikipedia anyway. So, what other changes have happened aas a result of the Crisis? what ever happened to that whole deal with Zatanna taking Batman's memory, and did he ever find out about it? And what's this about Batman temporarily retiring and Gordon is back as the comish? How'd that happen? To make a long story short, please fill me in on what's happened to Batman and Batman related issues in the past year. Thanks

First, on the Zantanna memory wipe--oh hell yeah he found out. In fact, because of what happened with it, he became extremely paranoid and created a spy satallite that would watch all of the heroes called Brother Eye. Unfortunately, the AI went all HAL and started to tear s**t up with the OMACs.

As for Batman retiring, at the end of Infinate Crisis, the big three all took some time off--Bruce, Dick, and Tim left for a year to relearn their stuff. As for Gordon...I have no idea. But, there's this big project called 52 that's been covering what happened in the missing year that all this stuff has happened.

I would like to know the aftermath of identity crisis, regarding how what and how Batman reacted when he found out about the mind wipe. Is there anywhere I could find out more about what happened with the satellite and such? Thanks.
