BW 10th Anniversary Optimus and Megatron

When the heck were these released? I read June but it's already august and all I see are the first 2 series. Where are the Optimus and Megatron figures?

Only $39.99 compaired to the Japanese release which I believe was around $80.00 plus shipping.

I didnt know about that 2 pack. Gotta check TRU. They look smaller than the original 95 (or 96) ones that came out.

I actually found those new 10th Anniversary figs in Target last week. I'm annoyed both have loose joint legs but the models are alright.

I'm glad you have been able to find the new molds, of course I still need to pick up Dinobot, Rattrap, and Tarantulas to finish up my Transmutate as well.

I've seen a lot of those around here. Mostly Rattraps and Dinobots. I used to see a lot of Tarantulas's, but now they seem to be scarce.

Did you see the Robot Masters versions of these figures. They are about the size of deluxe figures.

Yep. I have the Robot Masters Optimus Prime. Unfortunately I damaged it trying to fix it so I have to pick up another one.

Oh did you notice the the remolding they did to the original figures as well...

Primal: Got a new head, chest plate, and ape face.

Megatron: Just got a new head.

But both of course got a more show accurate paint scheme.

I have the old version of that OP from that 2 pack the one thats much bigger its sweet but I wonder where I put it? I might get that though sense im missing that megs.

I have both originals, but this is going to be a must pick up for myself as well. I almost ordered the Japanese versions that would have ended up costing around $100 with shipping, so I'm glad I waited. Now that $100 will be spent in MP-03 Starscream :)

Thanks. I got my first on eBay for $25, which I didnt think was bad. I may get one of the other Robot Masters figs they have.

Yep. The Primal's head has lips (though I kinda like no lips as an homage to Prime).

Ugh... Went to TRU a couple days back for Transformers Figures. NOTHING! Gosh I was so mad. No Alternators OR that two pack. Although there were some of those BW 10th anni figures like dinobot and rattrap. That was all though.

They DID!? Wow, I was NOT aware of that. Jeez. I was looking through Amazon's website looking for some Transformers and I didn't see any signs of TRU. Haha, I need to watch the news more.

I am. My TRU "restarted" (restocked and rearranged their aisles). Just order it on TRU.com if you don't have any luck.

Found them at my local TRU. Didn't get them, but just knowing they're there is good enough. I'm thinkin about whether or not I should get them, because there's that whole "Buy 2 get the 3rd Free" going on, so I was thinking maybe I shouldn't let that opportunity pass up by getting 3 alternators instead. But I'm still leaning towards BW over Alternators. We'll see, as long as I know they're there.
