Someone from the Don Murphy board has created a really cool Transformers CG short, On it you see Optimus Prime, Barricade and a special apearance by Prowl. This is really cool, Check it out.

And is that supposed to be Megatron that Prime turns around and sees? What the hell is he saying? I know Prime says 'Never' .... and I think it looks pretty cool

That was good old devastator. Realy I put a large amout of faith in bay for the film until I saw some of the desighs and the first draft. Besides Bay has a bad track record with movies as is.

I really hope they can get Prowl in the sequels, But would the regular moviegoers buy into seeing another Transformer Cop Car? Only this one being a good guy of course.

the sedan looking one was the autobot, the mustang was the decepticon :up:


and another vote for the awesome music, classic G1 score, but with a modern update very cool :D

It amazes me what fans come up with. First that awesome teaser and now this. The music is inspired! But the robot modes do look a bit corny... which supports the Bay-lovers arguments for the Bionicle look.

Still, it's inspiring.

Well CF, these fans don't have hundreds of millions of dollars to come up with new ways of rendering their short little film.

Prime looks badass. But that would not translate well to film.

You're making poor excuses so that the designers could blatantly change the designs completely.

Tell me this...why does Prime resemble Prime (even if he does have flames, he is recognizable as Prime) and Megatron looks NOTHING like any former incarnation?

I can imagine it real well. Sure, it wouldn't be *exactly* like the cartoony action-figure look... but it wouldn't be Bionicle either (which are also action figures). More like the CG shorts from a couple of years ago.... like the VW transforming short and, heck, even the copy machine commercial.
