I eagerly anticipate playing Resident Evil 4 on the PC, but it's been pushed back so many times I don't know if the game's even out or not.

Ubisoft's official site says May 2006, Gamespot says TBA, etc...

Anyone heard anything or experiencing similar frustration?

I would be experiencing similar frustration if I didn't already beat it on my Gamecube, which I can't do a trade-in with at GameStop because I "don't have a wired controller" :whatever:

Why do they need to port it to the PC?
It's on Gamcube and PS2, why port it?
What does the PC version have that is enough of a reason for me to buy it again?

... and they updated the release date: TBA 2007. :whatever:

Well, it's great they did that. Now they can delay it again and I can play it the day RE5 comes out.

TBA 2007, eh? Either they're trying to replicate the feeling we got the first time it was to be released (delay delay delay!) or it might as well be TBA:Maybe.

I wouldn't count on a RE in 2007, but it could happen I suppose....
