Yeah, the nunchuck has a solid state accelerometer in it to detect motion and speed.

The Wiimote uses a MOT sensor setup (for 3D movement) with the LED based pointer for 2D movement. The Nunchuck has a solid state accelerometer to measure movement.

IS THEIR A DOWNLOADABLE LINK? I TRIED TO WATCH IT, BUT THE STREAMING VIDEO WON'T LET YOU FAST FORWARD, AND I GOT SICK OF WATCHING THE GUY PLAY THE SAME BORING S**T ('BW2' LOOKS JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE........WHICH GOT BAD REVIEWS  ).

THE SHORT BIT AT THE BEGINNING SHOWING 'RED STEEL' LOOKED EXTREMELY LAME THOUGH. THE ENEMY APPEARS TO BE ON A TURNTABLE, RATHER THAN HAVING "REAL" MOVEMENTS........HE JUST "GLIDES". IT GIVES MORE OF THE IMPRESSION THAT I'VE GOTTEN FROM MOST OF THE SCREENS FROM THAT GAME: THE ENEMIES LOOK LIKE 2-D CARDBOARD TARGETS, RATHER THAN REAL PEOPLE.

The Red Steel looked pretty lame... It didnt have the newer 1:1 Wiimote mapping for the sword anyway.

The only good game was Mario Strikers... That looks nice.

I have to agree about Red Steel, it should be a fun game but the graphics are pretty uninspiring.

IT'S NOT THE "GRAPHICS" I'M TALKING ABOUT.......IT'S THE DESIGN AND GAMEPLAY THAT LOOK BAD. BASICALLY, IT LOOKS TOO MUCH LIKE ANOTHER SHOWCASE FOR THE GIMMICKY CONTROL SCHEME, RATHER THAN A COMPLETE GAME. I SUSPECT WE'LL SEE ALOT OF THAT, FROM 3RD PARTY, UNTIL THE WII'S SALES NUMBERS PROVE IT WILL BE VIABLE IN THE MARKET. UNTIL THEN, I THINK FIRST-PARTY TITLES WILL BE THE ONLY ONES TO REALLY MAKE GAMES WORTH HAVING FOR THE SYSTEM........UNLESS YOU LIKE HALF-ASSED GAMEPLAY.

AND THANKS FOR THE LINK.

yeah, I really never cared too much for Red Steel. And plus, I buy Nintendo for it's first party games. I have an XBOX for the other crap.
