First off folks, my genitalia is very small, almost non-existent. But onto new business. Sony are greedy bastards. They charge fans money, and then have sex with that money. One time I had sex with money, I got a nickle stuck up my man vagina... (because I'm fat:csad:)

Anyway, 360 is a good contender. Great visuals, good first-party games, great third-party support, and still reasonably competitive as far as price, but let's face it, it's all about the Wii (especially in this forum). All praise the Wii, and let us have sex with its' amazing capabilities. We've discussed them a thousand times, but honestly we can't get enough of them. Also, I'm gay. :heart:

Wow, reading the IGN thread makes the console fanboys here look like nothing.

In my opinion I think that Sony will barely be the winner of the new generation. BARELY. That is because franchises such as Devil May Cry, Metal Gear, Tekken, and Final Fantasy are basically exclusive to the Playstation consoles. And fanboys will gobble them up. Also because the Xbox brand is just not liked in Japan for some reason. However because of the price, and like the Xbox 360, the list of platform exclusives is shrinking, Sony will definetly not win by such a huge margin that they had with the Playstation 2.

I think that Nintendo will be in second with the Wii. Why because already it has a list of amazing games and it is innovative unlike the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 which rely more on power than gameplay

I think that the Xbox 360 will be in last because of the Japanese market. If it weren't for the Japanese market, I'd think that they would be the market leader for the new generation.

I'm in complete agreement with Hippie Hunter. This race is going to be incredibly close. The PS3 will win purely on name recognition alone, with peoples curiousity in the Wii putting it back in second. The 360 wont be far behind though.
