If you cannot sum it up into a one sentence high concept, then you really need to examine what your focus and your theme is. Any producer that you may talk to will ask you for your log line, and you shpuld be prepaired to give it.

Citizen Kane: "Following the death of a publishing tycoon, news reporters interview the ones he knew to uncover the meaning behind his final word."

Casablanca: "A cynically self-interested nightclub owner must decide whether or not to risk helping a former flame on the run from the Nazis."

Garden State: "A troubled dude returns home for his momma's funeral and attempts to reconnect with his friends and himself." (I wrote that one myself :p)

^ See?

So, if you can't seem to do that with your current story, you need to find out what the focus of it is and what the general story you're trying to tell is. Once you do that, you shouldn't have a problem writing a logline (which is essential if you are interested in selling the script to anyone).

Dry humping is not an achievement, lol. Anyway. Since 2004 I've done some special ops around the world, small stuff. I've gotten my body fat down to 1% and I can sprint for thirty three miles before my body gives out on me. Uh. I learned Krav maga and Sayoc kali and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I banged like fifty thousand women. I sky dived from a space ship while it was going through the atmosphere (my body is wicked burned). Nanananana. I'm not going to list anymore. Hahahhahha.

why are sexual/relationship accomplishments seen as achievements?

you're not exactly going to put them on a Job portfolio or ciriculum Vitae?

In all essence of the word, I've got my masters and gained a lil more independance and i'm now self sufficient paying for bills rent food and everything else out of my own pocket.

all other advances I don't see as 'achievements', perhaps i put a lot less stock in social activities.

Meet a nice girl and settle down.
