I was told I could get $50 for my xbox and all the cables at eb games. I dont know if thats right or not because I heard it from someone who heard it from eb games.

Lets see if i can remember this right.

To trade in a console you MUST have ALL cables and at LEAST one controller. If the system works im pretty sure you will get 60 dollars unless they have changed it since i last worked there. For the controllers, u get 3 dollars per controller. You also get 3 dollars per any extra cable. Those were the numbers i can remember, i could be slightly off but i think thats about right.

when i was there, systems went for 40 dollars. I traded in my ps2 and got 40, and my xbox for 40 but since i was buying a 360 they gave me an extra 40 for the xbox. But i think that deal is done.
