Some guy wanted to prank the next telemarketer that called him, and to test whether he'd be bothered by them ever again. Just listen:

I was a Telemarketer for a two days (actually it was Political Polling, but in the end whats the difference?) It paid very well, but I feel like the lowest form of life while I was doing it.

Do they even have door to door salesmen anymore? I have to do outside sales part of the time when I'm not taking care of the web marketing, but you do have to have a thick skin for this type of work.
I guess that's why I'm so jaded now and unafraid when I probably need to be. :o The problem with telemarketing is that they're offering **** no one needs. Places like Microsoft have sales people, but that stuff sells itself.

I have to take a cue from the now deceased Mitch Hedberg and one of his routines. I have done a couple sales jobs in the past, but do you really want to piss off a person that has your full name, address, and home phone number? If I get fired and you pissed me off earlier, I got a LOT of free time, and a gun permit. Haha.
