You put it on a oil-soaked raft, kick it out to sea, and shoot a fire-arrow into it.

Isn't there a number we can call to get another? Problem is, I'm in Quebec and I'm sure they'll have me pay for a new one!

Well if somebody in Pakistan doesn't have a warranty, I'm sure they'd have to pay for it, too

Better be. I have the feeling that all launch 360 are screwing up one way or the other.

I got mine on launch day, and even spilled soda on it, and it's been fine.

I feel your pain. My 360 crapped out the day of dead rising's uk release...the game I brought it for :(

Microsoft was a ***** to get hold of, and it was like 5 days before someoen told me the game store would exchange it. I didn't need a warrenty since it hadn't been out a year then so I was lucky.

The worst part is loosing my hard drive and game score. I had to do all of them and the achievements again :(

I bought a two year warranty with mine

The display one at my local Meijer has the red light... those lazy a-holes won't do anything about it.

You're supposed to be able to keep the Hard Drive.

Just called them.

No problems with the lady and they are sending me a cardboard coffin for my 360 to send it back....seriously considering getting a warranty.

I'm glad that MS admitted that their hardware sucked arse so they aren't charging for the repairs...That's awesome!

Actually, the lesson to learn is to not get PS2s.

You have to complete the Water Temple before you can get the fire arrow.

ok so I am going to purchase an xbox360 ... I figure its about time, now games are only going to be made for next-gen so its either get one (or a ps3) or stop playing video games.

anything I need to know about getting one? sounds like lots of people have had trouble with them burning out. I don't play video games TOO much... maybe 20 minutes every couple of days, unless I get a new game I play through. should I save up and get a ps3 instead? are all the bugs fixed in the 360?

Well I have problem with both systems. But the Xbox problems were less severe.

I had some rather hilarious Xbox problems, but only with Morrowind.

But that could have been game glitches, not really sure.

My PS2 I had to send in 2 times for them to fix it and I finally had to just throw it away. The only real problem I have had with my Xbox is that it freezes from time to time when I am right in the middle of a game which pisses me off.

My Xbox only started to have problems after I quit using it as a tv stand :o

Yeah me too. It is just the game glitching. I liked how the loading times gave you enough time to go the bathroom and make a sandwich if you were hungry though.

Hahahaha, yeah. I made a few "Loading time Sandwiches" in my day. :D

Mostly with Deus Ex on my old PC though.
