Like uh...say for instance, he drew the picture of his x and peter kissing under the umbrella.

Maybe this only happened BECAUSE he drew it, and had he not done it, it never would of happened. Perhaps the bomb wouldn't go off if he never painted that giant mural on his floor.

I don't really know how to explain it other than that. It makes sense in my head though :(

which is an interesting concept once you think about the fact that so far, everything we've seen him paint has happened

Its an intresting idea - but I dont think thats the way it works.

What I want to know about Isaac is if he has to actually be high to use his gift, or if HE THINKS he has to be high.

The thing about Isaac is he can predict the future, expect his own.

i highly doubt that he has to be high.. that would be a weak stipulation for a power.
i'm sure he isnt hight when he writes and draws his comic, he just doesnt know his comic predicts the future.

I think he only thinks he has to be high. If/when Peter and Mohinder show up in the next episode and Peter mimics his power without the use of drugs, I beleive he will see there is more to it and hopefully that will help him kick his habit.

I'm guessing that the high is needed because it's the only way for him to concentrate. I don't know if you've ever been around any junkies, but when they're sober, they're usually pretty scatterbrained, and the majority of their thoughts probably center around getting their next high.

I'm guessing that he could draw the future at any time if he could just concentrate on doing it, but he can't concentrate without drugs.
