Jeff Buckley. Amazing, awe inspiring voice. It's a shame he died has young as he did, because he was a pretty good songwriter, too. "Lover, You Should've Come Over" is an excellent song.

Jeff Buckley.
Duncan wrote a song called "A Body Goes Down" about Jeff.
Once in a while
A man comes along
Even his failures were favorite songs
Oh to have made something so unsurpassed
As certain things fall away
So certain things last
A body goes down
In the Mississippi waters
Weighted by a beauty
Afraid of its light
Notify your holy men
Console your sons and daughters
And tell me one more time
What is just
What is right
Chances are good
We spread blasphemous lies
Safe to say nobody knew what was inside
Of course there is grace
And those halos of pain
Maybe he sang what he came here to sing
Chorus
Speed on to the next world
Speed on to the next life
Better I'm sure by far
Orpheus driven
Treasures given
Heal the most broken of hearts
Speed on, speed on, speed on

Marley is the first thing I listen to every morning. He always perks me up.
I have to give the most credit to Sinatra, however, simply because he got me into music in the first place.

The man can go from screaming to singing like an angel in the blink of an eye and do it all well. A Perfect Circle has done wonders for his range and singing voice. The past few albums he's been involved with show how much he's grown as a vocalist.

Good call.
Maynard is definitely a unique vocalist with one of the greatest voices in music. Mer De Noms is quite possibly the best album that showcases his vocals in a beautiful way.
In other words I feel that Mer De Noms(A Perfect Circle) and 10,000 Days(Tool) are where he's at his best vocally.

I think he did an equally good job on Thirteenth Step and their cover album as well. He branched out and experimented with harmonies alot more. However, I think 3 Libras is my favorite piece of music he's ever sung.

Don't forget about Orestes. That's a beautiful song and he puts on an emotional singing performance.
