Well, even if they are wrong... they've only got until next week to be proven wrong. If he's not on Monday's episode, we'll know. You'd think they'd credit him for the second episode too, though, when we hear him on the answering machine.

Pitty that he isn´t, he would have made a great addition to the series.

Then again it´s possible (even if unlikely) that they are just trying to fool people into thinking that he isn´t on the show. Propably just wishful thinking on my part.

Bean is the british Sam L. Jackson.
He is in EVERYTHING, and he's always great in his roles.
He really does die in almost every single role. So his time as Sylar is numbered.
