Check this out. The Titanium Series by Hasbro is expanding to include Spider-Man as well, albeit in unpainted pewter format. Sure, there's also Attacktix, so Spider-Man can duke it out with Luke Skywalker and crap like that, but the Titanium is where I want to focus your attention.

Now I don't know about you guys, but I like the looks of these things. Very much.

The Ock and Goblin ones look awesome :wow: Love the detail on Ock, particularly on his face and the tentacle's claws.

Definitely getting the Ock one. Any idea when they're out?? I didn't see a release date there.

No clue, probably January. I hope though that they do the same thing with these guys that they did with Star Wars, release full-color and pewter editions so you have options.

There was something similar about ten years ago called Comic Book Champions, iirc...anyone remember those? Both Marvel and DC released a bunch of pewter figures...they were pretty cool...each figure stood on a pewter comic book, with a replica of whatever issue they first appeared in fastened behind them...

The only Spider-Man related characters that came out were Spidey and Green Goblin, but they looked fantastic.

I have Golden Age Captain America. It's really very nice. These aren't going to be quite like that, if they're anything like the Star Wars Titanium Figures. There will be some plastic parts (head, arms) to allow minimal posability, but they'll mostly be statues. Best of all though is that protective case that keeps the display both dust-free and even sharper looking.

Well I picked up the diecast all metal spidey today at my local walmart. The detail on these things are awesome! I like how they come with a display case. Very nice for the money.

I picked up the painted Ock and Gobby so far. They look nice if you find one's with a good paint job.
