That means out of 17 songs, 16 are officially confirmed, leaving one spot on the Movie Soundtrack. I believe that spot is for Mama I'm a Big Girl, seeing as it is supposed to be a bonus track.

no, Melinda's not the only one with real talent. she was the most technically talented, but she had no real personality. phony and calculating are two words that come to mind with her. she was too old to become a pop star, sorry. it's mean, but it's the truth. once you're past 25 in pop music land...you're done. and she had no marketing value. Fantasia, Carrie Underwood, and Kelly Clarkson all have marketing value beyond their inital fanbases. Melinda will get a contract, and do well in her genre, but beyond that...she just wasn't Idol material. end of story.
