Which was the best anime saga?

My favorites were:

- Android Saga.
- Perfect Cell Saga.
- Babidi Saga.
- Fusion Saga.

I felt that they had the most tension and best storytelling.
...well, maybe not Fusion Saga, but it had good action and Mystic Gohan. :up:

OK, this poll is really dumb. Aren't we supposed to choose sagas? You know, overal story arcs?

No, because I liked the Buu saga (As a whole), but I am taking it down to smaller measures because I hate Majin Buu saga with a passion. And so on and so forth.

I thought Buu saga was the worst saga DBZ has offered. The series really "jumped the shark" there. If anything, it was nice to see those characters one last time.

I loved it at the start. A whole deal of new story was going on. Majin Vegeta vs. Goku, Vegeta's death, the kids were going to "fuse", Gohan was training to become a stronger warrior, Goku acted like an Obi-Wan Kenobi. Great stuff. But story-wise, it was ruined by the time they decided Buu should absorb people. Then, it really fell apart.

Anywho, you have to realize that the whole Cell saga is consisted from the episode Metal Freeza appears until his death and the Afterlife Tournament.Despite what the Americans have done with the show, the categorizations and all, that how Toriyama saw things, really.

Oh, well....

I didn't like some of the Buu story arc as a whole due to some of its little inconsistancies, but as for just the sagas as dictated by the anime, the fusion saga gets my vote.

Vegeta Saga IMHO, the whole Goku vs Vegeta thing is brilliant.

The Frieza saga (but not that much).
