It's the new Mighty Avengers team. Which will appear post Civil War. And be written by Brian Michael Bendis, with artwork by Frank Cho.
The team will consist of:
Iron Man
Ms. Marvel
The Wasp
Black Widow
Ares
The Sentry
Wonder Man
Also, judging by the cover posted, and the previews shown before for the book, it would seem that Ms. Marvel will be the team leader.

Quick question...what is Ares doing in the lineup? Hasn't he tussled with the Avengers before?

There's a strong rumor that Tony Stark may not be in that armor, that its someone else, while Tony takes control of SHEILD or dies, Marvel is being vague on what there plans are for Iron Man after Civil War.

Actually, in one of the promo pictures Tony Stark is still in the armor, and Cho said Iron Man and Ms. Marvel were both going to be leading The Mighty Avengers.

The current speculation being that it's quite possibly Maria Hill in the armor. Some even bringing up the name "Iron Woman". But we'll have to wait and see. As mentioned, there have been a few images released, where in one of them, we see an unmasked Iron Man, still appearing to be Tony.

There was promotional artwork released in August in Wizard #180. As well as a few other images floating around the Marvel forum, and the newsarama link that was posted here. However, Bendis has talked before about Wizard not being entirely accurate with the roster. That some of the heroes shown may not actually be in the full line-up. Or how a few things may change once the issues begin to ship out. Of course, it's waiting to be seen if this really happens.
