What if War Machine sided with Doc Ock and went against Tony Stark? War Machine, thinking that the cloned Tony was real, would be subordinate to Otto and, upon learning of the clone, would remain loyal to Octavious. In turn, he would hunt down the real Iron man.

The crucial element to the game: each character who is applied for comes with one of these doo-dads.

XAVIER and MAGNETO's roles are reversed, ie: XAVIER is against humanity, Magneto wishes to save it.
PETER PARKER never rid himself of the symbiote, being consumed by it.
DAREDEVIL killed the kingpin and took up his position as the crime lord.
RICK JONES is the HULK, and has almost total control.
WOLVERINE is stilll under the control of Weapon X.
Only SANDMAN'S childish side remains from the split.
BEAST never suffered his further mutation
VULCAN grew up with his brothers, and is now on MAGNETO'S side.
MR. IMMORTAL joined the avengers after growing up in New York.
The Phoenix force inhabited ROGUE instead, and she ended up joining MAGNETO'S brotherhood of mutants.
GAMBIT never gained control of his powers and they corrputed him.
NORMAN OSBORN never went insane, and became the HOBGOBLIN instead.
BIG BERTHA was self centred until her rejection from society, where she was take in by the brotherhood.
GHOST RIDER was saved from his deal with Zarathos and bonded with Yeshua and Azrael to become the spirit of redemption and execution.
TONY STARK made ironmen for the government, whilst keeping the ultimate upgrades for himself.
When FRANK CASTLE'S family was exectued, he was shot and suffered brain damage which fractured his psyche and distorted his memory and mind.
ADRIAN TOOMES was a police officer, forced into retirement, upon BLACKI DRAGO'S death, he took his equipment to become the VULTURE and continue fighting crime.
JEAN GREY was abducted by the Shi'ar as they thought she possesed the phoenix force. However learning she didn't, she was sent to earth to retrieve the one with the phoenix force.
DOC OCK didn’t become a criminal and worked his way up in SHIELD until he gained control of it. Now he secretly uses SHIELD for his life of crime.
HAVOC lost control of his powers after running away and killed several people. Atoning for his sins he joined the Brotherhood, although he still has a short temper and is prone to outbursts of anger.
SCARLET SPIDER bonded with the Alien Symbiote CARNAGE and attempted to bring the corrupted SPIDER-MAN down.
NAMOR stole SUE STORM's heart and she is now queen of Atlantis.

Upon death, he was greeted by an angelic figure who offered to save Johnny's life and free him from Zarathos' possession and Mephisto's control by serving as an agent for heaven. Johnny agreed, and was fused with two entities: Yeshua, the spirit of redemption, and Azrael, the Angel of Death. Ok John Storm is involved in more than just tv and movie production. He is actually involved in arms dealing, weapons manufacturing and government contracts. Locked away in a basement is Reed Richards frantically designing and redesigning weapons and artillery, and doesnt care his work is being used for evil, now that Sue is out of his life.

Storm recognizes the power of the mutant gene and hopes to unlock its power and create a mutagenic serum that will grant mutant powers to ordinary humans. Thus he wishes to create his own mutant army through the know how of RR.

His only way to accomplish this without being known is through others. Thus, he kidnapped sue storm, his won sister, in order to get Namor to do his bidding.

Once hi sarmy is assembled he could secure martial law in the US with himself as leader, since as of right now there is no president.

Namor will be forced to stop him, using his newly acquired FF (doom, nocturne, and susnpot) as well as regain his throne in atlantis in order to use their shock troops.

this thing is going slow, I havent the opportunity to develop much, i think Namor has been locked up for a week. in any eevnt, I am willling oto adapt my plan to the needs of the universe were creating also.

Ok KAboom, I'm not too sure about the mutant gene thing with johnny storm, I like him being an arms manufaturer and stuff though, just can't see his motivation there. He would want celebrity status rather than power.

Hulk - didn't really do anything! other than whoop abomination.

Jean Grey - Isn't the phoenix, she was thought to have been phoenix by the Shi-ar and so they abducted her and experimented on her, giving her powers similar to 616 ms marvel. Figuring out she did not have the pheonix force, they sent her to earth to track down the one who did. With Gladiator as her guide sort of thing.

(jean grey is much more interesting than Hulk btw! Especially since we have the person with phoenix force in the game. And you get to NPC gladiator! lol)

My suggestion, put Apocalypse on hold and pick up a hero. That way you could participate in the hero arcs. We could use some FF members, or some more X-Men.

The crucial element to the game: each character who is applied for comes with one of these doo-dads.-XAVIER and MAGNETO's roles are reversed, ie: XAVIER is against humanity, Magneto wishes to save it.
-PETER PARKER never rid himself of the symbiote, being consumed by it.
-DAREDEVIL killed the kingpin and took up his position as the crime lord.
-RICK JONES is the HULK, and has almost total control.
-WOLVERINE is stilll under the control of Weapon X.
-Only SANDMAN'S childish side remains from the split.
-BEAST never suffered his further mutation

-ADRIAN TOOMES was a police officer, forced into retirement, upon BLACKI DRAGO'S death, he took his equipment to become the VULTURE and continue fighting crime.
-JEAN GREY was abducted by the Shi'ar as they thought she possesed the phoenix force. However learning she didn't, she was sent to earth to retrieve the one with the phoenix force.
-DOC OCK didn’t become a criminal and worked his way up in SHIELD until he gained control of it. Now he secretly uses SHIELD for his life of crime.

I am the only one who noticed that in Max's Deadpool sample post the Green Goblin was used, when technically, there is no GG in our game since Norman became the Hobgoblin?
Maybe that should be corrected if it's going to be his official story.


Okay I tried fixing it up some:


WHAT IF? PROPOSAL(and explain why if you can): When he was in the workshop, instead of falling in love with death, he came to not hate her, but not love her ethier, instead he wanted to try to save the innocence, who time it was not yet to die, and kill those that are guilty and desvere death. He also realizes that life is short and that you need to cherish it, so he attempts to cause a rebllion to escape, but he was sentenced to death, but just when it was about to happen his healing factor activates, but he was already dead or so it seemed, his body was thrown outside in to the trash, but he was still alive, and when he regain consinouse, he ran away to chicago where he Saves the innocence, and kill the guilty, news soon go out to the American Goverment, and they capture him. He is then given two choices ethier become an agent of the goverment, or be killed. He decides to become an agent, but not just an ordinary agent, but an specal agent, sent all over the world to take care of superhuman threats, soon his rank rises. and because he never got killed the first time because he is able to retain his good looks, because he never came across Copycat, because he never got hired by trovller. While on one mission in New York, while he was fighting rhino, he was thrown at a large speed, but during this time, he was able to knock out rhino with bullets, but his head hit a building hard, and he was unconsious. The next thing he knewn was that he was in a dark room, the lights turned on, and there he saw the Hobgoblin, he was grining, he was goning to break his mind and turn him into a slave, he turned offed the lights ans had a gas going in the room, a gas that was destroying Wade's mind, but it didn't because there was a little blink of insanity in his head, one nethier good or evil, just a blink that told him to releash it all, and enjoy doing it. And with that, the gas had no effect, Deadpool started asking if anyone would untie him, a person opened the door it was Weasle, he untied Deadpool and asked him why he was in the Osbcorn feacility, Deadpool explained to him what happened, and with that Weasel decided he shouldn't have taken the wing under osborn, so he helps Deadpool escape, and they both use weasel's prototype Teleportaion belt, and manage to teleport to the Agent agentcy building. There Deadpool learned there was nothing they could do about his insanisty, which was okay with, because ever since he was a child he always wanted to be, Deadpool: Mentaly Insane agent of US Goverment.

I am good. I've just been so stupid busy. I'm trying to make some money, so I joined a variety band to play at weddings. It's alot of work, but it's good money. The average is anywhere between $2000 to $4000 per gig. Sixty songs is alot to learn, but I'll be back on a much more normal basis now.

i'm liking the direction phoenix is going, looking forward to the gambit interaction, now that guitar is back, i see some quality stuf on it's way! I just wish we had Jean and Gladiator back.......I may be dropping the punisher sooner than expected...

Sorry guys, I hate to do this but I'm going to have to drop out of this RPG. I've never dropped a character in any RPG before so this was really hard for me to do. :csad:

The pace of the game is really taking alot of the fun out of it, but the real problem is life in general. School is eating up all my time with papers and everything, and then I've got finals I need to study for all this month. Damn university! :cmad: After that, I'll be doing a bit of travelling this summer, so I don't think I can handle six characters.

That, coupled with the fact that I now have AGM duties in the Ultimate RPG, have led to my decision. Something had to give. I had alot of fun in this RPG and will give my full support if anyone wants to snag one of my characters. It's a good idea for a game, Cy, and I wish it the best of luck. Sorry.

Alright, this RPG needs some serious help.

It's such a great and fun game, it can't be allowed to die. I'm going to bunny a hell of a lot of characters (Thor, Doc Ock, War Machine, Venom / Spider-Man), hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes, but this thing needs to keep moving.

Also, in the interest of keeping the pace up, I'll probably post some random posts as a few characters (Spider-Man / Venom, Doc Ock, Cap America, etc.)

I know that this is typically frowned upon by the RPG community, but this RPG needs a hand, so I think we should all be willing to give it one.

I'll also see if I can draft a few people from other RPG's to get in on this. Right now we just have an issue with how many people post here.

This was the first RPG I signed up for, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let it die.
