If you do the math, you get one sweet super-spinoff. It could be a loose adaption to the graphic novel, Son Of Superman in which Jon Kent discovers his powers and battles his father's archenemy Lex Luthor. This could be how Jason would follow his father's legacy.:supes:

I can't think of a story I'd like to see less.
Maybe the lifestory of Rosie O' Donnel.

The details of the conception of Jason and the SUperman/ Lois relationship are very different than Jon's story in Son Of SUperman. That is the problem w/ SR as a SUperman movie. Superman is just not going to ditch Lois without explaining his actions.

I think they should kill off Clark/Kal-El AND Lois (as in 'not coming back'), thus leading Jason to grow up screwed up in the head and when he gets to be an adult he absolutely does NOT want to pick up his father's mantle...but ultimately is forced to anyway. THAT would make Jason an interesting character.

That would only make Jason an interesting character in a bad way. No amount of creative storytelling will make Jason a good addition to the DC mythos, IMO.

Ok, kill off Lois, but leave Clark to Jason. He's the son of Superman(hence the book's name).
