I read this and I am not that thrilled about it. This will only be the "Infiltration" Megatron's origin, not Generation One. For over a year now I have wondered if Infiltration is Generation One because I have noticed that the Infiltration, Escalation, Devastation series has not been officially called G1 at all. IDW is now reissuing Dream Waves series as Generation One, so this could possibly mean that IDW is going to pick up Dreamwave's Generation One story possibly after The Infiltration story is done with. That is why I am not so crazy about this Megatron Mini series becuase it wont be the real Megatron's back story.

You know, it doesn't have to be pure to the original source, there are many elements in the TF comic series that have been out of continuity. The thing that apeals to me is the way they tell the story, if its epic and all.

IDW doesn't have any plans currently to continue the Dreamwave series and I hope they don't either. The Current IDW continuity is much better. It's a more serious take on the Transformers, and I don't want to see the return of a fan wank book like the Dreamwave books.
