I kinda feel cheated that we only get one new villain with two new sets. We got the Riddler and Scarecrow with the Arkham set. Perhaps that is Bane though?

Blue pants, white shirt with no sleeves. Black head. It can only be Bane.

Very Cool, and it really does look like Bane's mask with the red eyes, very, very cool...
But it does stink that there is only one new villian.

The Bane minifigure actually looks very much like that picture.

As for the scarecrow, the plane has fear gas tanks on the side and drops bombs, very WW1 style, with pumpkins with a smile shaped like the bat logo.

And BTW, Batmanīs cape and cowl is dark blue in both those sets.
