I'm not playing funny at all. If you're trying to ask me if I really care that you deleted my post, then the answer is no. But I do take offense to censorship in a supposedly "public" forum. I have been working with images on the internet for quite some time and I know the laws and I know the depths of the 1st Amendment. From what I have seen the term "family friendly" gets thrown around quite a bit on this message board and I find that the content here is far from it. I think if you, (the Moderators) are only going to enforce the rules regarding content issues from time to time, then maybe you should revise the idea of labeling this forum as "family friendly". This is exactly what happened, Hunter was correct in simply deleting the pic. He could have also given an infraction, but apparently chose not to.

Censorship would be if we closed a thread talking about Bush, and because we disagreed with it, we closed the thread. That won't happen unless within that thread one of our rules is broken, specific to that rule.

We cannot be everywhere at all times, that is why there is the little button on the lefthand side, to hit if you or anyone else sees a problem with a thread, post, poster etc.

What should have been done in the situation spoke of earler would have been to alert a mod, so that it could be taken care of asap. Instead nothing was done, nothing was said, because it needed to be used to try and make a point. So in the end, the problem remained.

With no notice from you, all I saw was that my post had gone unposted, and past experiences here have taught me that a great many posts get lost to the lag. So I posted it again, not out of defiance, but out of persistence. Like I said before I don't even really care that it got deleted because it's up elsewhere. My issue is more the censoring for the purpose of defending someone's character. Plenty of other posters are trashed here DAILY, in threads that at least one Mod has been in, and in some cases even posted in, and nothing has been done. I know I have defended my character here and I actually got a finger-wagging from Morg. I know it's a big board and that you all can't be everywhere all the time, but if no one has an issue with it then why bring the hammer down when you know that other things are happening that could actually require your attention?

Firstly flaming is not allowed here right ? so when someone manips a sex offender tag on someone pic to humiliate them it's the same thing, i was completely objective about the situation at hand and i didn't hand out any infractions or stuff like that, i simply followed the forums guide lines on flaming not my own personal views.

The pic was just not needed, and would have been deemed flaming by any mod or admin. If you would like to take the pic to all mods and admin, you may certainly do that to find out their opinion. That way its not just me speaking for all mods and admin, you can find out for yourself.
