Alternator Optimus Prime

Why do I keep seeing this Optimus Prime for $40 on the internet? I saw this same figure(unless something is different) at Wal-Mart for $20.

because the guy is a scalper, he probably bought prime at a toy store or wal mart and is selling it at a higher price and saying it is rare. fyi my walmart got alt primes in stock for 19.96 but I already have him :trans:
