I know I might be alone in this, but I am going to choose Spiderman 2. TDK was great, maybe even the actual better movie. Still, it took itself a little too seriously. It wasn't the popcorn flick it should have been and I was a little disappointed with that to be honest. I also think the new Batman movies have the Spiderman movies to thank. I know X-Men came first, but the Spiderman movies are really what made Superhero movies cool again.

I vote Spiderman 2 for it was very well done especially the ending withe the train stuff and all the mad webbing that happened. Too bad Spiderman 3 broke away fro that great sequel.
TDK was amazing but some scenes are hard to rewatch over and over. I also think Iron Man TIH and Hellboy 2 don't get enough credit for making this comic book year the best yet. And Iron Man for me was close to TDK. But i am sure will see a title wave of TDK votes and its ok cause it was good.

I vote Pirates as well this was a perfect movie. The seqeuls we ok but didn't have like the magic one had.
I do like the national treasure movie but Pirates is one of my top 5 favorite films
