There are several scenes I love from Batman Returns and I will sit down and watch it anytime it's on tv.

Did anyone ever imagine catwoman gracing our screens in that way? Not to mention the penguin, who some don't like, but personally I find a much better character than he is often portrayed. At first I hated the whole killer penguins, but after a while i think it adds to the macabre element of the film, one of the best comic book films to date. :)

The ending of the 7th book is the essentially the climax.

But I feel each movie is going to be more of a darker cliffhanger than the next.

The 1st 2 movies, you walk off with more of a "happy ending".

3rd one, obviously Pettigrew escapes, but they manage to save Sirius and Buckbeak but still it was somewhat of an optimistic ending.

4th, Voldemoret returns, Cedric is killed, kinda of more down, darker ending.

I like Prisoner of Azkaban because of the visual style that Cuaron used, it saved the series from Columbus' averageness.
Goblet of Fire does have a better ending IMO, I cry everytime. The music is just perfect too, but I like POA more. It has more Oldman.

Darkman was a interesting and disturbing movie, one of the best sam raimi's movies. And liam neeson was excelellent.

But batman begins is one of the best comic adaptations of all time, it was the best batman movie, and the cast was amazing. Well directed, well acted, capture the spirit of the dark knight extremely well.

300 didn't have characters or dialogue, just speeches and lacked any character development or anything. Sin city wasn't a huge character story or anything, but there were distinctive characters that were very stylised and a far superior level of acting.

Direction is clearly better in Sin City, the use of camera angles in 300 is shameful and feels more like a TV producer was at the helm, yeah the fights were cool, but other than that, 300 is pretty much empty and has nothing to offer
