actually i was the one who kept saying that, sort of. Messanging on a message board is fine. Spaming is just pointless. I meant if ppl are going to do this fast paced spam-a-thon, might as well do it in AIM where it is more fast paced friendly. it seems simple to me. but then again, that might just be me.

yes....yes it is. and it is also posts that are completly pointless that scream "LOOK AT ME!" like when some goes into a thread about a Music Concert and yells "i think my belly hurts!" or "god, dude, you are almost as dumb as your mom! LOLOLOL!!$#!@" or "OMG! let me tell you a joke i got from the 3rd grade lunch table!!!" or just the most ranom comments in the most obscure places. almost like drunk dialing if you ask me

User #1: thanks #2. You are the best

User #2: No, your mom is

User #1: oh yea! well your sister is even better!

i guess it is supposed to be "funny" but really, i find it hard to chuckle at that. when a couple of Hype ppl came over, they complained that there were no "funny" posts and i didn't know what they meant by that until they started with that. not all the hypers were like that. just a few. probably 4 or 5 at the most. but of course they were the most vocal

I've been racking my brains trying to figure out how to describe a really great lick to folks who apparently have not yet experienced it...

A really great lick involves good use of both hands. The fingers have to move around a lot. The hands and fingers have to stroke and tweak and work themselves into places and configurations at a speed that is almost impossible to comprehend. A great lick may be slow or fast but usually goes on and on, until, just when you think you can't handle it anymore, it comes to that ultimate conclusion that leaves you slightly breathless, satiated and yet, somehow still wanting more. ;)
