Sadness and Day of Disaster Canned? :(

I have been hearing ALOT of rumors on game trailers about both games being canned :( . I'm not taking it too seriously yet, but those two games were two of four reasons I want to buy a wii at some point (other being Umbrella Chronicals and Manhunt 2). I'm not a huge nintendo fan, so can anyone else confirm or deny it?

I havent heard any such news. If true, that would truly suck ass. Day of Disaster is like the only new Nintendo IP that I actually cared about.

Sadness is the only one that I've been hearing is rumored to be canceled. Day of Disaster, the new Nintendo IP, is still scheduled as planned, and I haven't heard anything to suggest otherwise. But I doubt either are in danger, as Wii is emerging as number one in all of the regions, and the amount of developers that are jumping onto the Wii bandwagon is insane (just check out IGN Wii, there's an article everyday, it's crazy.)

And GameTrailers sucks. Balls.

EDIT: Jesus Christ, you do like violence, don't you? Really, if those are the only four things to interest you on the Wii, you're better off staying with you're 360. Though I do admit, if Day of Disaster is developed by Nintendo's first-rate, in-house team, it's going to be bloody awesome.
