Just like the titles says. Because the movie only features 5 Autobots and 7 Decepticons Hasbro has been putting in re-paints/re-molds of movie toys. Enemies from the movie game and repackaging Cybertron/Energon toys for the line.
So far we've seen Decepticon wreckage. Possibly a game enemy character.

Now they've shown Decepticon Swindle. A generic enemy from the game.

There are also listings for Deluxe Autobots Arcee and "Tow truck". Plus Decepticons Dreadwing and "Armoured truck". There is also "Low rider truck" or unrevealed alligance.
In the voyager class they've revealed Thundercracker. The Starscream mold coloured blue and red with a new head sculpt.

Also Jazz, Barricade, and Ratchet will get re-painted releases. Jazz's is listed as battle damaged. Ratchets is rumoured to be in G1 white and red.
There is also a basic/scout class range made up of Energon/Cybertron toys.
