I can't log out

I know, it's stupid. Back when I first registared, i selected the option to stay logged in. However, I need that changed, however, I can't find the option. I have searched the options menu in the User CP but can't find the option to switch it off.

Someone please explain to me like you would explain to a five year old...

Don't have a log out button on top next to quicklinks, search and new posts?

If you're clicking log out and and it still keeps you signed in, clear your cookies. That generally worked for me every time I had the problem.
