Do you think that the reason for naming the sequel The Dark Knight, was just so when they do the sequel they can just throw Returns at the end of it, just like the Graphic Novel.

I have to think that Nolan had that in mind when coming up with titles for the sequel, it is just a perfect way to work that title in.
