I tried a variation of sorts, but getting rid of the cheek design ended up being the best way to me compared to all the other mask designs.

Well I basically want to see what you do with the pants and hair, since the hair and pants I made suck, and the face looks weird too.

I suppose I can try that...but you will have to send me a picture with no background and just him as is. I will be merely editing from the original rather than making 100% from scratch.

The thing is, I doubt the pants will change much. To make the baggy effect is not simply if you want it to be obvious. Otherwise it will just look like some-what baggy jeans. The hair isn't exactly simply either because you want Anime-Style and I'm not big on Anime; so creating a whole Anime-hair style won't be easy for me to tackle cause I have to create it pixel by pixel.

Hey trusty, just curious. For some reason, my paint program doesn't allow the Pulse picture's detail to fully show. it says it's pixel deffinition is too high. Any recomendations? Programs to get/download and such?

Dunno, I use Photoshop. I have Paint, but that is just because it came by default. I never use it. Hmm, I tried loading in Paint and it did something odd with the picture. Let me go save it as a different type of file for you on Photoshop. Then I'll upload it and send you it.

FINALLY!!! After several issues including losing an entire post by having the site not load on my computer while posting...I have a new Icon post up.

It wasn't anything great, I was experimenting alittle bit. But I am in the process of beginning a new arc, and this was just the first step. So its in and things should go much smoother now that I got that done.

I had a hard time figuring out how I wanted to start this thing out, but I have the rest of it pretty much worked out as far as where it's going. So I should be making posts much more frequently now. And I can finally get Icon to where I want him

The "black" you guys keep referring to is just shading and how it came out on the mask and other areas. There is "black", whatever is not orange is just a really dark blue. :clown:

I never let myself have friends. My parents’ deaths made me feel that if I got close to anyone, something bad would happen. I barely had an emotional connection with my uncle. There was still hope in me that my life could change, that I could do something good for humanity.

That distraction would be costly, as the mugger slipped from my grasp and got up. He pulled a pistol out of his coat pocket.

He fired several times without hesitation. I quickly fell out of consciousness.

I thought I was going to die, but I was surprised when I actually woke up. It was a bright, beautiful place where I reawakened, and the first person I saw was an old, but surprisingly in shape old man. He told me his name-the Superior. He said that he had healed me of my pain, and that I was in another universe, called the Otherworld. He spoke of great things he could teach me, knowledge that would help me never get shot again. I listened, and accepted his offer to teach me the ways of an Otherworld Warrior.

The Superior mentored me for years, yet I never aged. When my training finally came to an end, he offered to bring me back to Earth, as long as I protected my those who need protection. I'm making a faux leaflet for CAHRPG MiniMates. There are FIVE heroes in series 1, which are: Electron, Mantis, Blue Blur, Pulse and Blacklight. There'll be these sets:
Heroes Five pack (All Five Supers) and Five turning point sets, whcih will have Minimates of the turning points in their hero careers. If everyone could please tell me what event they'd like for their hero for the hero's turning point set, that'd be great :up:.

Abduction from an agent of S.T.R.I.K.E. was something I was toying with actually so we can work it out.

I thought it would be interesting for the government to do so with Michael, because while they know Metahumans are among them, they will be curious since Michael seems to be an "angel" to them. Add in the fact that lots of them may not believe in God because of science or what have you, and it can prove to be interesting.

Course, if Michael is abducted, how would he fight Ezekiel? Would Michael end up saving the S.T.R.I.K.E. team from Ezekiel's rampage/attack? Would he be attacking S.T.R.I.K.E?

Yeah...sorry about that...I've been real sick the last few days. Had a real bad case of food poisoning and have been out of commision for almost a week now. But I'm feeling alot better and I'm gonna be more active in both threads from now on.

And in general, since a cloud of awkwardness has formed to me, there isn't really a need to ask for feedback. Yes, criticism is useful and such, but if someone isn't already bringing something up then no need to worry. For instance, EBJ and Syn were confused because of Blacklight's thing so Blacklight received their perception.

I doubt it, but sorry if I came across as rude. I can understand it as a phase everyone goes through, but there really isn't a need to ask; something I've noticed a lot lately here and in other RPGs.

I just have a few things to say in response to the last page or so.

1. Pulse won't be joining any hero teams exclusively. He's a loner, a killer, a savior. His pride and his methods will keep him from joining. However, he will say something like, "If you need me, you know where to find me." He's kind of like Batman in this RPG. Except dirt poor.

2. About Pulse's redesign, I'm making it a completely different costume of his. Considering his current one is trashed, he'll be making a new one. That will be the one trusty did for me. Now I don't know if we want current costumes for the roster picture or whatever, but, either way, it will become current soon.

3. Wasn't there an unspoken rule in the RPGs that if no one says anything negative, your stuff is good?

4. Very Interesting, BL. It should be quite explanitory.
