All you guys need to remmeber are the names of the familes and the names of their leaders (I'll name these later). But the two major familes will be The Carlos and The Zanos.

What? No, certain mob bossess have a greater control over a place than others. Some places are almost fully controlled by one mobster, but that is rare. It is mostly 2 or 3 guys controlling a certain place, yeah. But their powers aren't evenly distributed. And one of those mob bossess has people who are paid off by the other, so it is a continuing system of untrustworthyness and power disputes.

im in charge of the STRIKEs "paranormal investigation" division. The rest of STRIKE is electroflare's baby. but i havent seen him in a while. in any event, STRIKE will NOT be interacting with that many people this season.

Pulse Volume 1: Faint Hope

Eric Renden used to be one of the best FBI Agents in his division until one day when his whole life changed. Eric and his partner were captured during one of their drug stings, and were experimented on against their will. When Eric woke up next, his partner was gone and his life changed. A few days after his accident, his best friend comes into his hospital room to tell him he’s been fired, and he took his job. When Eric leaves the hospital, he notices strange changes. He discovers he is able to emit a shockwave from any part of his body. As he trains this new ability he realizes he must use this for good, and against the growing crime in his neighborhood. He dons the new persona Pulse, and becomes a vigilante, but unfortunately not everyone is thrilled with the way he handles crime. Yeah, it does. But as much as I should've waited a few posts to make Pulse be Pulse, I think the flash backs took care of it, and I plan on having many more. Adds mystery to the readers as to who Pulse is. He really doesn't have a supporting cast that he hangs with alot. They are either dead, trying to kill him, or obsessed. I can develop them just fine in Flashbacks. Youmay hate them now, but when you find out about the past, you may understand why they are the way they are.

Eric is crazy and has some mental problems after the accident. The anger, no principal of morals. If you know that, then you know it makes sense a man in his late 30s would put on a suit made of Kevlar rubber mesh to protect him from bullets, fire, and knives,(But to a degree.), and fight crime. At least I am in with Karem Knights crook industry. But I am really hoping tofight a superpowered villian soon. Most of Pulse's villians I made are normal people. Jon thinks that way sometimes, but most of the time embraces his powers. He sees it as an oppurtunity to help and set a good example for meta-humans his age.

Problem is, he's the grandson of Steven McQueen. So all I get are pictures of his grandfather.

And if we want more villain characters, a good idea might be to allow a second character per player. I know that personally, I'd love to take up the character of The Reaper from the Survivor's rogues gallery, and I'd hope to make him into a Lex Luthor/Dr. Doom-type threat for the game as a whole, and not just limited to Survivor's stories.
I'm all for a second character, especially since I already have a villain app ready to go, but that is a decision that the GM would have to make. We'll have to wait until ElectroFlare is able to get up and running again I'm afraid. :up:
