Ultimate Bumblebee release date?

Does anyone know when the uber cool Bumblebee figure with all the sounds and what not will be released? (in the U.S. that is).

I'm not even sure they're making one. I know they're making an Unleashed one like they made Star Wars toys... but i deunno about one that makes sounds liek the Optimus and Megatron do.

OH MY GOSH. I cannot believe they actually made that toy. That's INCREDIBLE. I've been collecting toys here and there for some time but I have NEVER seen anything like that.
