View Full Version : Beauty as a mutation

If the world were sort of like it is in X-Men, where in this case people who are average looking or not so attractive are considered "normal humans" and those who are hot and very attractive are considered the "mutants", would the average/unattractive people be as prejudice to the attractive people like normal humans are to mutants in the comics?
Also, who would be Xavier and who would be Magneto?

Some kids with acne and bad breath set my house on fire and pissed on my car because of my beauty and good looks. At least thats what I put in the police report...

Not really... if you think about it, the world is catered toward beautiful people, while those who are, ah, "aesthetically challenged" can have a rough time fitting into normal society.
I can't see how there would ever be prejudice against beautiful people, since beauty is a trait desired by the population at large.
