My friends always tell me how bad this movie is and how lol-able it is. Are they right? ANd why do they keep going "I HAVE TO GET TO TEH CHURCH!!" ?
I went into this movie thinking not too much.It did have Two of my favorite actors which was a plus.I enjoyed the whole thing..It's hilarious, bad acting, and Nick Cage.
Haha that had something to do with Blackheart being in the Church. It's like watching a USA movie. It's entertaining.

Barton Blaze's death was laughable MSJ could have at least made it somewhat emotional. The tubby chick who is getting mugged wasn't funny & couldn't act when she was describing the attack & giving a description of Ghost Rider. Nic Cage as Johnny Blaze was just stupid when he was talking to Roxanne.
Ghost Rider is laughable only because it didn't know what it wanted to be. This movie didn't work on any level. It's not a horror film, it's not an intelligent drama, it's not a Western, it's certainly not an action flick. No one knows what it was. They had a GREAT cast and excellent visuals on one cool looking character. More's the pity because its piecemeal plot and horribly dumb story just sinks it. What a waste.

Disney+Superhero movies (and about everything else these days)=crap.
Don't say "They made Incredibles you dumbass!" because Pixar was involved in those. Seems when Pixar's involved they work wonders with movies. Except Cars, I heard that was bad. I don't know though. Didn't grab me.

They're making it for kids because they don't know what else to do. It's possible to make that movie so alot of ages will really enjoy it.
Look at Incredibles, kids could see that movie, they advertised it as a family film. I'm 15 and I enjoy the movie alot. The hidden adult jokes are for the older people.
Most likley, parents did not mind sitting through that one.
Underdog has no family attraction. They don't know how and all they do is advertise it as a kiddy film and they keep using the EXACT same jokes we've heard in other movies in the trailers. I'm tired of seeing that trailer too.

Sadly, when I was looking foward to it, I was hoping it'd scare me. The villains looked creepy and the teaser was creepy too. I thought one of my favorite comic characters was going to be done right.
But it was light, not dark, and it was also kinda corny which was the dissapointing thing for me. It had some moments that were kinda creepy but not many. I think kids had cried during the teaser last year, and we had a couple kids cry opening night. That makes me happy to know it's not super kiddy in that area.:)

The studio believed it wouldn't sell. Gary Foster kept comparing this movie to Constantine, which in their eyes was a dismal failure for being too 'adult-themed.' They wanted the movie to appeal to a wide audience base so they got the guy from Grumpy Old men to direct it and write the story and screenplay.

That I do agree with. The Fantastic Four movies seem to get worse and worse with each sequel. I was bored out of my mind in Fantastic Four 1 and 2. The films are interesting but the only thing that held my interest for the course of the two films was Jessica Alba and that was about it. The films are written seemingly rushed and the development is so bland.
Well Ghost Rider did have it's issues it compacted the mythos in its own unique way and yes, the fights were short but the core was there and it was an interesting film. Does it top my list of favorites? No, it's in the middle.
