I thought the exact same thing. I clicked on the thread expecting to see a former Power Ranger looking like Dusty Rhodes. Instead I see a guy who is about 15 years older than his TV days with his hair a little thinner and body a little softer. That's not exactly out of the ordinary.

For people who are are geninuely shocked by this guy's appearance, I suggest you head down to the nursing home and check out your grandparents. Father Time very likely has a few surprises in store for you too.

Well, that was decided long before Billy was cast, since, y'know, it was based on Japanese stock footage from the previous year.
