Alright guys here it is! To get the game you need to go to my website at :

http://www.freewebs.com/acd-comics/

Then you need to click on the "Contact/Links" button and then on the "My Mugen Page" link. Then you go to the "Full Mugen Games" folder and you download these following files:

Heaven or Hell Screenpack HiRes.zip (it contains all the stages, music, etc.)

Heaven or Hell Chars1-5.zip (you'll first need to create a folder called "chars" and extract them into there)
