I don't like most of these figures either. I DO like MJ and Venom though. The rest are terrible figures. The New Goblin is ok but not as good as the other figures from the movie. The rest just suck period.

How do Green Goblin suck & Doc Ock & Red/Blue Spidey? We've gotten those figures before!

Different companies.. It's the same mold, but I'm looking at my GG and Spidey from the first movie, and they look different.

I know the guy (sorta) who runs the site (because he runs a SW collecting site called Rebel Scum) & he works at Hasbro. So they are re-paints.

they need toybiz.

They don't. When toybiz's first marvel legends line came out, the Toad figure had 15 points of articulation. By the time the next line of Spider-Man figures rolls around, there'll be a much improved set of figs.

I don't think they will be getting any better. I thought Toy Biz's stuff looked great from the start really.
These Hasbro ones, no. They suck. Ghost Rider's series was awesome but they didn't actually make those. That was Toybiz and Hasbro threw them out there.

MOST of this set DOES suck minus Venom and MJ.

i guess you didnt know anything about how that toad was never meant to be in the line
dr doom was supposed to be in wave 1,but he wasnt ready for release, so they grabbed toad from a movie/comic 2 pack that never got released and threw him in there
he was never made for the legends line
did you notice hulk, ironman and captain america all had like 30 POA
hasbro just doesnt care enough about its customers apparently to put a little more effort into these

I looked through the whole crop of Marvel figures and it looks like I may have underestimated Hasbro. If those toys actually do make it to shelves, we are in for some good times ahead

you guys have issues... A the vulture/mysterio/black cat figs are 5inchers (not in scale with legends) for the ones that are legend scale most suck i saw them in person... and Mj's face looks like a freaky garden gnome

So, does Legend size mean they are going to be the same size of the spider-man 1,2 figures?

Mysterio yippee and Vulture looks fine aswell.

i just got a few of the ML type figures, they are weak. Toybiz should have made the 6 inch figures, not hasbro. the sandman is WAY too skinny and venom is fine, although i think its just a repaint of the spiderman origins venom with a greyer symbol instead of white and has a larger sized version of the 4 inch venom head from the basic line. but it passes as a decent SM3 venom. i also got the black suit spiderman, TERRIBLY dissapointing. its not even in the same scale as the SM 2 spiderman, and his left hand is in a lame "g a y hand" pose because they had to add in the web-attachment thingy. just, lame. i havent seen new goblin at all, and i passed on the dock ock and green goblin because i had them already. maybe i'll get'em some other time if i decide i want to build the sandman. i also found the MJ figure which looks decent but i didnt have the cash so i had to stash, sorry lol. but these figures just look like larger versions of the 5 inch line. why didnt the guys who do the actual ML figures just do these?

Because toybiz lost the rights to Marvel's toys...
duh.

i knew that. my point is, they suck because of it. and at 10 dollars a figure, it feels like a ripoff.
