Not really...the movie's staff has said in an interview that Jazz could come back...different in form, but when Prime took that fragment of the All Spark, that could be used to bring him back.

If you read movie bio for the toy of Jazz, it says that he was destroyed by Megatron but he was reformatted by Ratchet in a new Soltice Pontiac form with his traditional G1 colors said to be picked out by Bumblebee. How this can be used in Transformers 2: The Gobots of Doom beats me. Prime vs Leader 1...Megatron vs Cykill...funny
