Lindsay Lohan may be adding some unflattering stripes to her wardrobe after her second arrest in three months, in a traffic stop early Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif.

Already facing charges of driving under the influence and misdemeanor hit and run in Beverly Hills, Lindsay racked up even more charges after she was pulled over at 2:15 Tuesday morning: DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license, according to authorities.

The jail time tally goes something like this:

•The maximum sentence she faced for the original DUI and hit-and-run charges was six months for each.

•If convicted of both DUIs, she could face up to one year.

•The alleged cocaine possession is a felony and carries a three-year maximum.

•Driving with a suspended license: one-year max

•The transport to jail count is expected to be dropped.

"Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease," her lawyer, Blair Berk, said in a prepared statement, noting that Lindsay had been wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet but had "relapsed" and is now "receiving medical care."

The relapse measured as a blood-alcohol level of .12 percent and .13 (.08 is the legal limit) on two police-administered Breathalyzer tests.

Society has gotten it into their head that young celebrites that happen to show some talent that use drugs and die from said drugs equates them with eccentric genius. They used because they were tortured souls who were way above what we were even contemplating...shut up. They couldn't hack life, that's all it was. There are many musicians I love that died young due to drugs, but I don't glorify them.

Yeah right. If anything they should be apologizing to Leno. Its not his fault Lohans a junky. Why should he be okay with the fact that she not only messed up his scedule, but dissapointed anyone who came in the audience hoping to see Lindsay. What she did hurt his shows credibility for some.
