"Hand-delivered to the TMZ offices this morning was a yellow padded envelope with a CD inside that simply read, "Britney -- Get It." So we just had to listen to it, y'all!

Pics do exactly what the photographer wants them to do and tell the story they want told....

I'm not going to say if she's a good mother or not, because I just don't know....from what I'm seeing in the tabloids, she party's way too much, but so do millions of other moms out there.....

As far as the pic goes, that is 2 seconds out of many and with kiddos, her baby could have been laughing 2 minutes later, but they don't want pictures of that because that doesn't sell the story.

(Life & Style has learned that the last settlement point was the $12 million sale of the ex-couple’s Malibu mansion, with the proceeds split between them.) But the custody issue is unresolved. Brit’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, says it “can be worked out down the line,” and insiders say Kevin, 29, wants sole custody.

Partying with friends at a home in Tarzana, Calif., hours after the settlement, he confided to one partygoer, “People are telling me I should take the kids away from her. I’m glad the world is finally giving me the benefit of the doubt that I’m actually a good father.”
Regardless of the outcome, even Britney’s family is concerned about the divorce’s effect on Sean and Jayden. “Brit needs to not talk bad about the kids’ daddy, especially around them,” Barry Bridges, the brother of Brit’s mom, Lynne, tells Life & Style.

While Brit’s public slipups make news, a second Britney insider says that being at home with the single mom, 25, is just as unstable for her kids. “It’s tragic what these boys are exposed to on a daily basis,” the insider says. “Kids thrive on routine and the feeling of safety, and Sean and Jayden have neither. Their lives are subject to Brit’s whims.”

And some of the dangers are severe. When Britney and Kevin were first married, she objected to his smoking around the kids, the insider notes, but now “she smokes like a chimney in front of them.” Even worse, when Brit misplaces her pack of cigarettes, “she’ll actually turn to Sean and say, ‘Baby, where are Mama’s lollipops?’ Sean runs, gets her cigarettes and brings them back to her.”

As the Britster was pulling into a Studio City vitamin store on Monday, she banged her Mercedes into a parked station wagon in a botched attempt at parking. After scraping up her wheels in the crash, Brit screamed, "I'm a brainiac!" Well, there's no denying it now!

According to the Post Chronicle, Britney Spears was set to do an interview with Allure Magazine to defend herself against rumors and tell the world she’s ready for her big comeback. Britney, however, just walked off the set, very similarly to the episode with OK! Magazine.

Linda Wells, Allure Magazine’s Editor in Chief, explained:

"I thought we could present the profile as her comeback. Perhaps Britney’s story would be redemptive, like those of Angelina Jolie, Drew Barrymore and Mariah Carey before her."

...well someone had to say it.If she had worn something less skimpy and instead of clubbing & giving more effort into her performance by getting onto the other stages like Chris Brown, it would've done her some good imo.

I agree. I've always liked her and I am rooting for her,but it's clear now...it's over. She's no longer hot(well,she still is just not like before)and from what I've heard,she just doesn't have it anymore. It seems to me like she's more interested in eating cheeseburgers and Doritos than getting her career and her body,back into shape.

Her performance and song sucked. It looked like more people were watching the dancers dancing on the pole than her. I had high hopes she would put a great show cause i just knew the song would suck. she failed on that.

I just watched the proformance on MTV.com, and as much as i like the song... and as suprised as i am on how good she looks (from coming back from what we've been seeing her look like) she looked out of it... and this was the most un-entergetic performance i've ever seen her do... there was just no energy there.. she seemed to look like a deer in th headlights most of the time... like she was like.. "ok i go here.. and here... and then i do this.. o ya i almost forgot that move..." and lipsincing i really dont have a problem with persay... not with singers like her... only one woman i know can actually dance harcore and sing hardcore at the same time and still sound good... and thats janet jackson

Then you need to check out a Madonna show. Say what you want about her, but that woman could literally run circles around pretty much any other female artist out there today in regards to performing...she's in incredible physical condition. :up:

Britney has major self-esteem problems, which is why she is where she is right now. she wasn't strong enough to get over her break up with Justin and ever since then she's been on a downward spiral. at first, i thought Sarah Silverman saying what she said was kinda wrong, but now i'm glad she did. it put Brit to the test. a better woman would've taken that joke and used it as inspiration to prove everyone wrong...
