I want one as well, but Miller and Rodriguez have both gone on to do other things. I remember back in late 05, everyone loved Sin City and Rob Rod and Frank both were very interested in doing a sequel with A Dame to Kill For, even went on till '06 with Frank saying he was going to write an unpublished story about Nancy into the next film. It was targeted for an early '07 release date, but got pushed back as they both went on to other things. Now Frank is working on The Spirit and Rob Rod has several other movies planned as well.

I just don't see it getting made anymore.

'Good Luck Chuck' Headed to Blu-ray This January

Lionsgate has alerted retailers that the Dane Cook-Jessica Alba comedy 'Good Luck Chuck' will hit Blu-ray day-and-date with the standard DVD this January. Although Cook has long been pegged as the next great stand-up comedy star to become A-list leading man, thus far he's failed to land a genuine box office hit. 'Good Luck Chuck' did little to reverse the trend, raking in a relatively small $35 million domestic gross.

With Alba on his arm this time around, however, Cook's latest seems likely to attract a larger audience following its January 15 bow on home video, which will feature a new unrated cut of the film featuring bonus footage too raunchy for theaters. No tech specs or supplemental details were available at press time, but a full press release is expected in the coming days. Needless to say, we'll keep you posted.

As I said earlier, it is definitely worth a DVD rental.....have some beers, popcorn, and you'll enjoy the movie.....it has its moments, and Jessica actually has great comedic timing, but the writing pretty much sucks. It is no "Knocked Up" but it is definitely a fun dvd rental.

As I said earlier, it is definitely worth a DVD rental.....have some beers, popcorn, and you'll enjoy the movie.....it has its moments, and Jessica actually has great comedic timing, but the writing pretty much sucks. It is no "Knocked Up" but it is definitely a fun dvd rental.

Jessica Alba Quick Fire Questions

Jessica Alba made a name for herself in 2005 with a string of movies including Sin City, Fantastic Four and Into The Blue. This summer she returned as Sue Storm in the sequl to Fantastic Four in Rise of the Silver Surfer. Later in the year she will star in films Awake and The Eye. On her character

My character runs a penguin habitat at a place called Aqua World which is like a sea world, and she’s in charge. She has dedicated her life to penguins and she’s obsessed - there is penguin paraphernalia around the entire house, the bedroom is weird. It’s a little obsessive; she’s not really that shy about it, she’s pretty open about her obsession with penguins.

On the Story

Chuck in this movie has a curse that every woman that he dates, once they break up with him the next guy that they meet is their, soul mate, or the person they are going to marry or spend the rest of their lives with so basically he runs through women because women all want to find that guy and they don’t care about chuck because they are not into him they just want to get it done and move on. So basically he gets to settle down and there’s no strings attached. I think its every guys fantasy.

On Dane Cook

Dane Cook is playing Charlie, he is a genius comedian. He is the master of comedians I think. I don’t think there’s anyone bigger than him right now for our generation, he’s hilarious. He’s totally natural and relatable and yet he has this super physical like Jim Carrey side, and he reminds me of a Steve Martin, Peter Sellers, and Chevy Chase. He’s more that kind of comedian. Which is cool because it’s that kind of comedy that I grew up with. That’s the kind of comedy I have always loved, being around him I just watch him what he does and I am definitely taking notes.

On working with Dane Cook

I was so happy when I met him, we totally got along, first day of rehearsals I knew we would be ok we really are quite compatible and it’s a nice back and forth. I am hoping this movie works so we can do another movie together because the chemistry is special. We are having a great time like literally from morning to night we are laughing our butts off and that’s very rare especially when the cameras aren’t rolling we probably have the best time. So I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in crime.

On Dan Fogler

Dan Fogler playing Stu is hilarious he is a wonderful wonderful talent and I am so happy that he is in the movie.

On Mark Helfrich

He is doing an amazing job I working with a few first time directors and working with someone whom is knowledgeable with editing, they have very specific ideas. An its great having a director who has an opinion and an idea about what he wants the scene to look because it just gives us a guide to fill. He’s like I need this and this and play everything in between.

On the film

It’s definitely a broad physical comedy its R rated so its pushing the envelope in a lot of the comedy. An then there is a very sweet very true love story at the core of it and it really is about finding your soul mate and not letting that person go once you find them and doing whatever it takes to hang on, because it is so rare to find someone that gets you and you someone that you are comfortable with. I think it’s just a perfect movie.

On the audience for this film

You can be any age and in any stage of a relationship married for 50 years married for 1 year or single for life and everyone can get something from this movie for sure.

On the physical comedy

Usually in a lot of comedy’s the men do a lot of the physical comedy and the women are just tokens. I get to do all the physical comedy, its written for the female to do that, and its very rare and its hilarious and it’s a interesting concept.

On penguins

I wasn’t ever really exposed to penguins myself spending time with them I have a warm fuzzy feeling about them now I talk to them like they are my puppy, I get the puppy voice with them now. So I just tickle the back of their necks. They don’t like everyone but they like me and I just massage the back of their necks and they rest on their tummy’s on my hand. They are great animals.

The Eye comes out Febuary 1st 2008. You should get it a short time later.

from previous spoilers, and critic reviews, alba is trying to kill him. and all the time i'm wondering, is she just doing it or is there something behind it? and then in the trailer, they are engaged to be married, and in that picture, it looks like they got secretly married. and i'm just pulling this out of my ass but, hayden is probably worth a fortune..and once they get married, alba will inherit everything, which is why she wants to kill him.
