It's awfully hard to "respect" a "religion" that claims we're descended from dead alien ghosts and that encourages their followers to avoid psychological treatment. Scientology is a cult, and a dangerous one at that.

I remember a long time ago my father was going to this mechanic who gave us some personality test thing related to Scientology. My mom and I mailed them and we got back a bunch of information on L. Ron Hubbard and Dianetics and all that other stuff. Nowhere was Xenu mentioned. I guess they save that talk for people in the inner circle.:huh::o

There must be 'something' else going on behind 'scientology'... some sort of secret society or possibly even 'brain washing' or sorts - most people are very suggestible. It seems unlikely that so many people would buy into what we know of scientology, especially to then become so devoted to it... but to be so secretive and paranoid about anyone asking questions.
